• Assist in unloading, staging, and positioning geomembrane rolls and materials • Support surface preparation including clearing debris and compacting subgrade • Aid in liner deployment, seaming, and anchoring under supervision • Operate basic hand tools and equipment (e.g., brooms, shovels, rollers) • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas • Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times • Participate in toolbox talks, pre-starts, and other project protocols • Report safety hazards, equipment faults, or maintenance concerns to the Site Supervisor • Conduct routine housekeeping duties including sweeping, waste disposal, and arranging tools and materials appropriately • Arrive onsite on time and fit for work (both mentally and physically) each scheduled period of work • Follow company safety, quality, inventory, and asset management procedures • Comply with EcoLines ISO-accredited safety, quality, and environmental policies • Understand and comply with EcoLines Employee Handbook and Health and Safety Handbook
